The property itself is great but to get there could be challenging if you have luggage because of the cobblestone Street and the public parking is a good 8 min walk and expensive .

Struttura completamente ristrutturata, situata nel pieno centro storico di Casco Viejo. Adiacente a ristoranti, bar e negozi. Camere riammodernate dotate dei confort essenziali (TV, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, bagnoschiuma). Ottimo il bagno con enorme piatto doccia. Host reattivo e gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

We stayed here overnight on a roadtrip to Galicia. Very nice Apart-Hotel, directly in the old town of Bilbao. Parking is convenient in a nearby public parking. Rooms are very nice with a lot of space and despite the central location, it was also quiet in the evening. There is a coffee shop and several bakeries just downstairs…

Great hotel in the old town. It’s a self service hotel so no staff or reception but for us that was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and in very good condition. Only downside was a bit of noise from the street and we were also missing some sort of minibar/fridge in the room to keep water etc cold.

The location is fantastic!!! Easy code you use to check in. The air conditioner is limited as it turns off randomly and only goes to 18 degrees. No shampoo or tolietries. But the location and elevator makes it worth it! will come again

Took a bit to figure out the public parking lot but from there on the room location was excellent…right around corner from Plaza Nueva and many very good restaurants and bars, bakeries, shopping. Very secure and we had a balcony looking out on the street and activity in the city.

Spacious, updated, and very clean room with a comfortable bed. The shared fridge was also a great convenience for keeping snacks and drinks during our stay. Check-in was a little inconvenient, as there was no option to store luggage onsite before the listed check-in time. The hotel does have an associated locker system a couple of blocks away, but it comes with an additional fee. That said, communication with the property was excellent. Their WhatsApp line was very well monitored, and we received immediate responses by both text and phone whenever we needed assistance. Once checked in, access to the property was also very convenient, with a single unique code making it easy to come and go without having to worry about keys or cards. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the clean, modern room and excellent communication from the property. The luggage situation was the only real inconvenience, but everything else was straightforward and well managed.
