Cómodo y bien ubicado!
Ubicación 10/10 ideal ara ir andando a todos los puntos emblemáticos. Tema de aparcar difícil, tuvimos suerte al ser fin de semana es gratis aparcar. La muy cómoda, una maravilla. La calle es concurrida, la habitación era interior y se agradecía, no se escucha nada. Modernizaría un poquito los baños.

Todo perfecto, situación, limpieza, sin ruidos, el check in lo hicimos nosotros en una máquina. Lo único negativo es q no no especifica que está situado en un pasaje comercial interior difícil de encontrar si no lo explican. Y el colchón malo.

No se hace limpieza diaria. Había obras enfrente, la ventana no cerraba bien y se escuchaba tanto el ruido de los bares por la noche como el de las obras por la mañana temprano.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying my big suitcase up the steep stairs for me (I didn’t ask them to!). The agreed to us leaving luggage before and after our check in. The room was comfortable with good facilities and a great location. We were at the back of the hostel so despite building works and bars downstairs (at the front of the hostel) we couldn’t hear any of the noise. We’d stay again!

The bed was comfortable, the room practical and the check-in efficient. I like the fact that there is codes on doors (no key to carry). The hotel location is very central. I spend a night there for 66€ so I definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Bilbao!

Estancia genial
El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, en pelo casco viejo y tiene cerca el metro. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero lo que es la habitación esta muy bien y es moderna. Limpian la habitación todos los días y nos gustó el detalle de dejar gel y champú de Rituals. La habitación está bastante insonorizada pero igualmente por la noche escuchábamos los gritos de la gente, de todas formas pudimos descansar bien. Además, nos guardaron las maletas el último día. En general, nos fuimos muy contentos y si volvemos a Bilbao repetiremos.

Great location for old town.
I booked this place due to the location and it didn’t disappoint! Rooms are basic, but very clean. My only slight annoyance was there was only one working plug socket in the room. Service was great. The guy behind the reception desk was super helpful, though had limited English. Noise was a bit of an issue in the night - I think that as there’s no soft furnishings anywhere sound just echoes throughout all rooms, slightly annoying but not a huge problem. If you’re looking for an affordable guesthouse and basing on an old town location I’d thoroughly recommend!

A real little gem behind an inconspicuous door of the street, an old wooden staircase like going back in time. Helpful friendly staff. Having a bit is Spanish was helpful when booking in. Rooms were basic but spotlessly clean. Great area in the old part of town.

Fantastisk beliggenhed.
Alt ligger i gåafstand fra hotellet, der er placeret i den gamle bydel. Vi havde et værelse helt uden udsigt, men det betød intet. For alt det spændende var lige udenfor. Der var rent og pænt. Madrasserne og puder var meget komfortable. Personalet hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Værelset var på ingen måde prangende, men vi vil til enhver tid vælge at bo her. Til prisen er det et fund.

A very nice older hotel in the old city center
It is a nice older hotel in the old part of the city where only pedestrians are allowed. My room and bathroom were both large, the breakfast was a typical Spanish breakfast: coffee, fresh orange juice, a croissant and tostada with tomatoes and olive oil. There are two items to be aware of. First, there is no elevator and it is 26 stairs up to the lobby and 20 stairs up to each additional floor. Second, they do NOT have air conditioning, just a small fan in the room - I slept with the window open and fan at the foot of the bed with no sheet on, and it was still warm (they are having a heat wave in Europe). Otherwise, I found the hotel to be very nice and in a great location, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and with many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Essentially booked because it was cheap and central but was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the niceness of the breakfast and location generally. Had good nights sleep in spite of being right in the centre of the old town. Nice stay and good value for money.

Great location
Great little hotel right in the middle of casco viejo area. Plenty bars and restaurants on the street and nice plazas nearby, but no noise in the room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast basic but ideal. We would definitely recommend for a weekend in Bilbao.

la atención del personal de recepción es correcta, se le dio una habitación doble para uso individual para que su estancia fuera buena lo único que se le indico es que era de uso individual no podía compartir con nadie cosa que indicamos al llegar para no tener problema luego.
