Staff was very nice, room was clean and refreshed daily. I asked for a hot water kettle and it was brought up 20 minutes later. Room ha individual AC/heating and blackout curtains that did keep the light out. They have a breakfast buffet which seems like a good deal at 11 euro (prepaid, regular 17) but I am not a breakfast person. Great location, too.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, at a walking distance from many attractions. However, the hotel is not a typical 4 stars hotel. Many facilities as a bar, specious lobby or fitness room are missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
