Voy a hacerlo corto pero entre todo : la calle ( vecinos), el estado del apartamento no preparado para nuestra llegada: mal olor, moho, suciedad, datos del wifi erróneos y calentador averiado.Los primeros días fueron una pesadilla !

Como ya expuse en vuestra plataforma, se ubica en una calle peligrosa, no hay ningún tipo de limpieza, sábanas sin cambiar , no ofrecen cambio de toalla para larga estadía, humedades en la pared y mobiliario podrido de humedad , con el respectivo olor imposibilitando conciliar el sueño por la falta de respiración , lavadora rota y ninguna solución por parte del encargado más que burlas hacia mi persona , altanería , sin dejarme hablar y alzándome la voz en todo momento, al final me echaron antes de tiempo en vez de cambiarme a otro apartamento devolviéndome el dinero porque les puse una denuncia, la cual no seguirá en trámite pero ha sido la peor experiencia y el peor mal trato hacia una persona y clienta en toda mi vida , jamás escuché ni vi nada igual.

Etwas heruntergekommen und nicht ganz sauber

Leider können wir diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Sie war schon relativ herunter gekommen mit abgenutzten Möbeln und schmutzigen Wänden. Die Wohnung ist sehr feucht und es blättert Farbe und Putz von den Wänden und Fenstern. Das Bad war nicht sauber geputzt. Überall waren Haare von anderen Leuten. Nirgendwo in der Wohnung gab es Haken, um Jacken oder unsere Handtücher aufzuhängen. In dem kleineren Schlafzimmer gab es außer dem Bett keinerlei Möbel. So musste die Person dort 5 Tage aus dem Koffer am Boden leben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Es kam auch schnell jemand persönlich, als wir plötzlich kein heißes Wasser mehr hatten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zwar nahe am Bahnhof, aber im Haus selbst war es wahnsinnig laut und unterhalb der Fenster ist die Tiefgarageeinfahrt, wodurch auch ständig Lärm durch Autos und Motorräder bestand.
