“Todo perfecto”

“A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your……

“I would like to thank for the staff that has been really helpful and kind. The first night I arrived was the eclipse and I didn’t know about that, which they told me about it and the hotel will open the terrace for the guest to enjoy. (A perfect spot as well.) The room was clean. The location is super convenient to go to Guggenheim. You can take the tram easily to the old town and it is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place for travellers to stay.”

“Nice quiet area. Lots of parking. Staff spoke limited English which was great for me to practice my limited Spanish! Breakfast was good and the evening restaurant was a good price. ”

“Everything was awesome.”

“I suppose a good location if visiting the area, but a full service hotel it is not. No Air Con, so open windows is the only relief to disperse heat, but when your room is above a busy roundabout and bus route hub the noise of traffic , vehicle horns and heavy goods vehicles is very loud. The noise is amplified by the shape of the front of the building which allows a conversation at street level to arrive in your room as though a shouting match is taking place. A basic, but pleasant breakfast was……

“The hotel room is nice, there are metro station and Euskotran station near the hotel, it is easy to access the old town and some famous attractions, like Guggenheim Museum.”

“位置非常棒”
