Arrived 445pm with reservation. Office staff trying hard to handle heavy booking but office area is disarray. No room cleaned yet. Told to come back in hour. Returned at 605pm n after more discussion I got a room. Walkup stairs crumbling. Boarded up window in n discarded equipment. Trash thrown under stairs. Staff knocked on door twice to make sure they had correct name for room 232. In room. Tv cable not working properly so unable to watch basketball game. Toilet seat detached on one side. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. No room trash can. Sink new shower new but not enough clips for shower curtain. No USB chargers. Hotel needs lots of work.

I had a reservation and arrived at 10 pm. Office was locked and no note as to why. I asked at their sister property across the street I was informed that the desk clerk was out cleaning rooms. I went back, she showed up and informed me that a room would be ready in about 10 minutes. I asked to verify that it had refrigerator (which I had specifically paid extra to reserve) as I travel for many days and have a cooler full of food. I was informed that they no longer had fridges as they "walk away" and additionally the ice machine was broken so I would have no option to keep food cool. She offered to cancel my reservation. I let her know I would need to find another hotel before we could do that. She became impatient, told me she needed to go back to cleaning rooms and walked out leaving me alone in the lobby. I found another place to stay, went to find her to cancel my reservation. As I wandered through the property trying to find her I noticed that there was very little lighting. The breezeway between buildings was completely dark. Most rooms I passed were vacant, and several the curtains were open and I could see that the rooms were trashed, furniture askew, broken tv's laying on the beds, dirty, a mess. There were piles of trash around the trash cans everywhere. The entire property felt unclean and unsafe. I have been a business traveler for many years and this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I feel lucky that I did not have to stay here.

Had to be one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at. The only good thing about it was the staff, they were great, the motel itself - really nothing good to say about it. Can't believe Motel 6 would have their name on it in that condition. I will never again trust the Motel 6 name.

Bathroom door knob was haning on the inside of the door, as though it had been kicked in. Tobacco on window sill. Prescription glasses under the bed. Cigarette burns in curtains.

The walls has filth all over them and shower walls. There were no bed covers, meaning bedspread or comforters. One of the beds didn’t have a bottom sheet. There were no towels or pillows…we got them after we checked in. All linens, towels were dingy and unclean looking! Only a smidge of toilet paper was in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get some. I had to ask for ice bucket. Curtains were half falling down. The description said there was a refrigerator but there wasn’t. Also, no coffee pot in the room or lobby. No microwave. Filth outside along building and sidewalks. Load music after midnight for hours. No phone to contact front desk. Smoke detector half hanging off the wall. Fan vent in bathroom half hanging off the wall. No chairs or luggage holders, no hangers in the room. Being disabled it wasn’t handy to have to go back and forth. They couldn’t even print a receipt! I was told take a picture of it. Another thing it seemed like with the manager of the place had their whole family staying there. Many were from the reservation. I recognized the license plate numbers. We’ve stayed at other Motel 6’s and it’s never been this terrible!!

The builing and facility are bad even WORST i’ve ever encountered. The room that we had was dirty. Leaking sink made the water all over the bathroom. There was no towels given. I’ve stayed at many Motel 6 in different states and they are good even some are great place to stay, but this one is horrible enough to give you nightmare. My advice is DO NOT go this this motel. Just find another one in Billings area.

I believe there is a new breed of cockroach that is completely unique to this location. I would suggest getting it verified by an esteemed member of the scientific community but there is indeed a very unique set of circumstances occuring at this location that would facilitate the evolution of a unique species!

Check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 5:25pm. Our room was not ready for us. The booking said there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The front desk informed us there are no fridges so I had to go out and get ice for the coolers. I was told the room would be ready in 10-15 minutes so we went to get ice and fill the fuel in our vehicle for the morning. I returned and parked outside the room waiting for it to be finished. We did not get into our room until 6:10pm. I had been on the road driving since 7:30am and was exhausted. I won't be staying at this location again.

It was horrible. Kids running around shooting play guns at people, beds dirty, people parties till 6 am. Then our door knob fell off so got locked in room. Horrible experience. I feel they should refund me.

A bed to crash out with clean sheets
We had a long travel day. Looking for bed to crash for night. It is pet friendly and they don’t charge for your dog. We had n/s room but it did smell smoky. The bedding and pillows are what you would expect from a motel 6. Clean (cigarette holes in blanket) It did look a little sketchy outside but inside room was clean. There was a nice young man that greeted us at the desk. He checked us in ver efficiently. If you are just looking for a bed to crash and are not too picky this would work for you.

Great place to get things stolen out of your vehicle. If you are looking for a good drug connect, just knock on any door and bam. You got it! Other guests are high af and blare music and tell tweaker stories all night so loud that you can hear it from 3 doors down. No towells in rooms, blankets are stained and not washed, carpet is not vacuumed, walls are grimey. Honestly the building needs condemned!

Leaves blowing in under the door, needed to block air under door with towels. No bathroom toilet paper holder. No TV remote. No cash advised as they did not have change for $100 Bill on $79 dollar room charge. Obvious that most rooms are rented out long term, not nightly. Handicap parking stalls are blocked by two vehicles with flat tires. They have clearly been parked there for some time!

Garbage everywhere outside, druggies living there, scary!! No remote to TV. No bedspreads, ripped blankets. Very old mattresses, main light in bathroom out. Truly frightening. Never been anywhere worse!! Very poor condition. Left, Lost my money, but figured my car wouldn’t get broken into by the druggies sitting all around outside. Night attendant told me I was just mean when I gave the key back and left. I’ve used motel 6 since they were $6. Never again!!!
