First-floor handicap accessible 2 bedroom apartment just steps away from Biloxi Beach! Centrally located - easy to get around and explore the city. Beaches, restaurants, casinos, bars, museums, all within a couple of miles.

997 Sq Ft 2BR apartment in a newly built building located within walking distance of the beach! Very eco-friendly modern space that is sure to feel like a home away from home! Designated parking space just for your stay. Washer and dryer included in the unit! The entire apartment is constructed to be handicap accessible, including the shower, and there is a designated handicap parking space for the guests who need it.

This apartment is located within a newly built complex that has been repurposed for short term stays/corporate rentals. The neighborhood is within walking distance of Biloxi Beach and consists of many shops and dining options nearby.

Uber/Lyft is the best way to go if you won't be with a vehicle!

Spacious and clean

While our overall stay was positive, here are our thoughts: Positives for the following: — Kitchen spacious with nice fridge with fully functioning water and ice dispenser on door — Nice full-size front-load washer/dryer — Plenty of extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and even had qtips and face pads in bathrooms…large bottles of hand soap at all sinks, large bottles of dish soap and laundry detergent/softener available — Loaded spice rack —Sufficient supply of pots, pans and baking sheets —- Large walk-in closets with plenty of hanging space —Nice ceiling fans in all rooms FYIs (if they matter): — No mirrors except in bathrooms (inside closet doors would be ideal and out of the design way) —Only place to put folded clothes from suitcase is on shelving in closets —No grab bars in showers —Nothing in showers to hold soaps / shampoos (had to keep toiletries on shower floor) — Shower curtains so high water had to be wiped up from bathroom floor after showering — Mattresses are low to the ground (less than 6” off ground and lower than wall outlets) — Sofa sits low & is extremely uncomfortable to sit on so don’t plan on using it as sleeping space — Thankful for extra comforter in closet so we could use it as padding on couch — Inadequate seating area as sofa seats 3 people and there’s no other seating in unit — Kitchen table small…has 4 chairs but have to move table to use all of them Unit may be handicap accessible but is not handicap friendly.
