"This is a beautiful castle hotel overlooking the Rhine. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The location is great if you have a car otherwise the train is fairly convenient but a long walk down the hill. The castle museum located on the property is amazing.
Our room, while very pretty, was very small with no air conditioning. I would suggest requesting a room on the first floor because of this as well as there is no elevator. There was no where to put our luggage except on the floor. I requested a luggage stand and they brought me a small table to put it on. When we arrived, the staff was very helpful with carrying our bags to our 2nd floor room, however, when we checked out for an early flight, there was no one around and the reception was not open.
Despite some of the negatives, the hotel is first class and beautiful."
