Great pool & parking. that is it

The home did not live up to it's expectations. We could only use internet outside (when it rained, we could not go outside to use internet). Does not work in kitchen. Living room area is ok to use internet, we were told at check out. TV remotes for TV did not work and owner did not know how to use/fix. We were told to turn on manually (at last day). She did not know how to operate stereo either. Only 2 towels provided for 6day stay. Was very hot and were not advised of remote for A/C unit in bedroom at check in. I would not stay here again. Beds not comfortable. Too many issues. Teflon pans all stick. Owner does not speak English, difficult to community with, if you do not speak Spanish. She promised me 1 nights refund as I left early due to all the issues with stay, now she is refusing to give the full 1 night refund. Pool is great & Parking is good. This home is not properly set up for VRBO guest. Stay elsewhere. .

This is a great place

We really enjoyed our stay, the bedrooms were comfortable enough and we'll appointed, there were en suite bathrooms in each bedroom which was good, the kitchen had all you would need to make the occasional lunch and breakfast. The living room could have been a bit more comfortable and the WiFi didn't actually work, occasionally there was a fast connection for 10 or 20 minutes but usually there was no internet at all. The router is outwith the property so you could not reset it. The internet and the overgrown nature of the outside space were the only downsides of the property. The pool is great and warms up very quickly however one end is covered by vegetation which means there are always insects in the pool especially solitary bees. The location is as good as it gets inland without a car, there are lots of good restaurants nearby and the train to Palma is around 2mins walk away. Rosa is a great host and is always wanting to help you enjoy your stay, and binissalem is a lovely base with all you might need for a great holiday, we visited during the fiesta of st James and it should be noted it's best to book restaurants because it can be very busy. Also we knew this was the wine producing area but we were blown away by the quality of the wine and the great vinyard tours. Rosa was helpful in keeping us right around the fiesta and booking restaurants ahead of time. This was much appreciated.

Beautiful home.

Arrived earlier than planned but were greeted by Rosa the owner with a welcoming smile, very friendly and helpful lady. Beautiful well kept property with lovely garden and pool, very spacious and had everything we needed for a weeks holiday. Very close to train station and local supermarket. Would definitely like to return.

A lovely family holiday

The villa was perfect. 3 large bedrooms all en suite. The gardens and courtyards were very well kept and interesting. The pool was perfect and plenty of space for all 5 of us. The only small problem was that there was no electric kettle and we had boil water on a temperamental gas cooker.
