  • The Baltic Sea right on your doorstep, in the heart of Binz on the island of Rügen!

    The "Strandpromenade" apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the lovingly restored "Atlantic" beach villa. The Binz beach promenade and the beautiful beach are right outside the door. Here, you can use your own beach chair free of charge for the entire duration of your stay (May-September). Two bicycles are also included.

    The south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun from midday onwards, offers a lovely view over the rooftops of Binz.

    The comfortably furnished apartment is flooded with light and features a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, flat-screen TV, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and flat-screen TV. A safe is located in the closet in the hallway.

    Adjacent to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother + additional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, high-quality china, complete coffee and dinner service, etc.).

    The apartment also features a shower room, hairdryer, vanity mirror, a lovely south-facing balcony (table, chairs, and parasol), and much more.
