「This was my thrid stay, and it was the second time that I asked for cleaning of the room the day before, and it wasn't cleaned when i was out for the day. But the manager (Lily) was very helpful and calmed me down. Didn't understand why this happened to me twice. No communication between housekeeping staff and front desk? Otherwise, I had a great stay.」

「This was my third stay and by far the best. It's always been quiet and comfortable, but the shower was hot. In the past not so much, and that lukewarm shower in the morning can almost ruin the visit. It was perfect this time. I'll be back. 」

「We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a fine place to spend the night. No frills and pretty safe. Price is right. We asked about an early check-in and although there was a room available they were going to charge us $30 which we passed on. Most hotels offer a free early check-in when they have rooms available so I just want others to know that if you try that here there is a fee. 」

「We travelled with 2 young kids (3 and 4). The staff were fantastic. Great attitude and service. Everyone was highly attentive and in a great mood. They gifted some treats to our young kids upon arrival. They accommodated early check-in and rooming us near our friends. Fei was lovely at check-in and check-out. Our room felt huge, we got the 1 bedroom suite that had a separate living room. It was super clean. The pool was a great experience. Breakfast was better than expected for being...

「Check in was quick and easy. I had questions about a local event the Hampton was supporting and the desk clerk made me a paper copy of the shuttle bus schedule, precluding our having to drive around a new community in the dark later that evening. Much appreciated.」
