I didn’t like how both nights we were there, there were several young people in the parking lot fighting and partying all night, revving up their trucks and being extremely loud and nothing was done about it.. the room was nice and staff was very nice, but we went for a quiet get away and did not receive that

The property is fine. The location is great. Front desk staff were great. I would HIGHLY recommend you do not stay here or anywhere in Birch Run when Mid Michigan Mayhem is going on. It’s an engine revving, late night hotel party. It’s a bunch of guys with loud lifted trucks acting crazy. Stay away! Will not be staying here again during this time and maybe ever again. Staff didn’t handle the situation the best. I left a night early due to the rowdy nights and loud environment.

We have stayed here twice and have no complaints. The convenience to restaurants and gas station/stores is a plus when needing something. Hotel staff is always friendly and attends to any needs you may have. Lobby and dinning area always super clean and their breakfast is perfect. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back when in the area

I would rate this as a Motel rather than a Hotel. The majority of rooms were separate from the main building. The property is dated, the bed linens and towels were clean, the vinyl floors did not feel clean, they had a "sticky" film on them. The breakfast included was ok. It was nice that coffee and tea was available 24hrs. The staff were all friendly, the older lady taking care of the breakfast worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked. It was a place to sleep, I would not stay at this location again.
