「The shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and generous, the check-in was smooth and pleasant. The manor is in a good location, quiet & beatutiful, you can walk to most of the scenic spots in Winchester. The breakfast was delicious, and we also met other friendly customers to enjoy a good breakfast together. A highly recommended B&B.」

「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」

「We chose this location because it's fairly close to Stonehenge and Highclere Castle. Beautiful looking golf course, rooms were reasonably priced but the fish and chips in the restaurant were fantastic - ate it both nights.」

「Beautiful property with every thing you could need. Complimentary eggs butter milk bread and fruit a lovely touch and very welcome. We would highly recommend 2 bare feet. Short walk into the town centre. Absolutely perfect. 5 star.」

「Business trip. Nice stay nice pub nice staff although and I booked this B&B on the reviews I read (only the top 4 when viewing) if I had seen more reviews on the fact that they didn't do breakfast unless you book directly with them I would of chosen somewhere else. Also noted when leaving/checking-out the property you do so via the night entrance which the stairs down are very steep and you must be very careful if you have heavy or a large case with you. All that being said I did enjoy my stay.」

「Good value for the price we paid. Furniture is outdated and some visible stains on furniture, however room was clean and we had all the basics we needed, including clean towels and sheets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if they could offer breakfast, but convenient Costa across the road. 」
