The hotel made a great impression on me by reaching out proactively to give me details on how to locate the hotel and also for our arrival time. I asked for a room that was quiet as I was working from my room and they gave me a great room on the 5th floor tucked away from I loved how the lobby and common spaces smelt so fresh. We were kindly accommodated with an early check in.

Our stay was enjoyable. Staff were lovely and accommodating, the room we booked had everything we needed, the only down side was the spa not working.
