"Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time.
We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying even just one night.
After such a long drive, we were hoping to rest and relax, but this experience felt more like a punishment than a break. Management should focus more on staff training and maintaining proper cleanliness standards to ensure guests feel comfortable and respected."
