Pros: The host Will was amazing in responding and making sure all necessary information was provided prior to check in and throughout our stay. The building and amenities were great. We took a tour of the building to check everything out. Although we didn’t use the gym it was fully equipped and convenient to get to. The weather was cold and rainy but if we could have taken advantage of the lounge and pool on the roof top that would have been amazing. The view from the roof top and unit was breathtaking at Night. Especially from the roof top. Cons: The pictures of the unit are somewhat deceiving. They make the furniture seem bigger and nicer than they actually are. That is something that I can look over especially for such a short stay. What I would suggest is that the owners refresh their linens. I think this would be a game changer to have nicer linens (bedding, towels, shower curtain). Lastly there was an odor that I assume was coming from the carpet. I would strongly suggest a professional cleaning. There was also an odor in the hall approaching the unit that maybe the facilities need to address. Lastly and possibly most importantly we paid initially through Klarna (a buy now pay later option provided to us an option). Everything showed cleared on our end, however we received a message from the host stating that the payment was coming back declined and in order to keep our reservation we needed to retry the payment. Now we have been charged twice.
