Great stay

Great communication. Easy check in. Felt safe. Easy parking on street. Certain times and spots you may have to pay. The decorations were different than what was posted, not that it mattered. Sink is small.

The studio apartment met my needs. It was easy to park on the street and plenty of walking distance for where I was going.The only downside was the key fob did not work for the gym area and when I messaged the host, their response was to ask the lady at the desk. I never saw anyone at the desk working over the weekend. I saw someone there as I was checking out Monday morning.

The place itself was nice, but we got locked out of our room at 2:30 a.m. and couldn’t reach the host or property manager after multiple attempts. We were provided with a number to reach out to in case of emergencies, but that number was on a phone locked in the room and we couldn’t get signed into the account that the number was sent to due to google requiring verification from the device locked in the room. There isn’t a designated person manning the lobby throughout the night, and the only person we met was a security guard who was less than helpful. When we finally were able to reach someone (at 8:00 in the morning after I snooped through what appeared to be a front desk area and found a maintenance number) we were finally able to access the room we only rented for one night. Location is great, and the property is lovely, but make sure you save the iOE number otherwise you are out of luck.
