Stayed a week while in town for Harry potter movies. Was filthy. they had roaches venturing in our room thru front door. Bathroom door was broke around handle & didnt actually lock because what appeared to be a prior domestic situation. Floors turned my families feet black who didnt wear shoes every second of the day. They DO NOT mop. Sweep yes mop no. The other tenants were all loud at all hours of day & night & we never complained yet our 2nd night there we got bothered in the middle of night at 2am for a noise complaint. While asleep. Woke us up to tell us to be quiet? Didnt identify themselves. But the worst part was the bed. Was supposed to be premium rooms, best you can get, yet the beds were the worst of any motel i ever stayed at & one of them was completely broken. It messed me up so bad i still cant walk without legs buckling & im in a ton of pain. I already had back & side issues & my body couldnt handle a broken bed not that anyone should have to. My kids traded me on night 4 & they who have no prior issues in that department were in a ton of pain next day too. That's how bad it was. Im actually going to be going the hospital over mine because i think it caused further damage. They refused to help me saying they had no more beds . Wont return to that location. Also not wheelchair friendly! & after that bed i needed my sometimes wheelchair every second of every day & still do atm. They said we get 1 roll of TP & 2 towels & after that have to buy our own. Was none!

Wouldn’t stay again if YOU paid ME

The office has very limited hours (11am-7pm) and even with the limited hours most of the time the office is closed. The carpet in the room was DISGUSTING it needs to be ripped up and thrown away! The room over is in dyer need of repair. Don’t let the very nice appearance of the building outside fool you… place is a dump located in a harsh area.

There was a roach problem. I was constantly having to kill roaches everyday. The toilet didn’t always flush. Multiple times I had to fill the trash can up with water from the sink to flush the toilet. I left 3 days early because of it

Customer service is awful. They did not communicate well about the policy of check-in.The first room had roaches had to try another room. Once I went to the room, apparently the staff use that room for personal use, as if that is where she lounge at. The room was not completely clean once the staff left out of the room. The sad part once upon arrival to check in, I had to wait before there was no one in the office. Apparently, out to lunch. She told me to give here 15 minutes however, she took much longer. Apparently, the check-in process is different. I had booked online and put my credit card information. I thought once I arrived and got my key I was good to go. But that was not the case. Had to change room because of bugs problem. She talking about the Exterminator come on Wednesday. So I was moved to another room. But the killing part. Approximately. Around 9 pm a man had opened my door to the room saying I did not belong in the room. Fortune, the lash was on the door that stopped him for coming completely in. He was not professional. That when I realized this was not my best place to stay. He told me I had to leave because the room was not paid for. I gave her my driver License when I first got there. Therefore, I thought I had officially checked in. I knew this was a low-budget place to stay but I had to until I move into my house. You do pay for what you get: I had to pay more for a good rest, which was a much nicer place. It was more professional service
