The room was clean. The mattress was new. No bed bugs. Fridge. Microwave. We had a double room. The light was in the sink area son1 bed was well lit but 1 bed was dark. There was a lack of plugs available. It felt eww. It felt like a cheap ass motel. No breakfast and there aren't any good restaurants in walking distance. It was safe enough feeling, I didn't feel unsafe per se, but painted cinderblock--- it felt skanky. It was not as bad as our stay Ramada by the airport-- that was a horrible experience. But my son said absolutely not. So we ended up staying an hour and of course since I had checked in, no refunds. Moved over to Holiday inn by the airport. The front desk guy was not real friendly but he was ok. He wasn't rude. He just didnt make me feel welcome.

Pleasant Stay

The stay was great. Will definitely stay here again. Super clean and comfortable. Only setback was the hot water wasn’t working properly, but the manager immediately came in and adjusted it as best he could so we could at least have a warm shower.

We stayed at the Sky Inn Hotel for four nights. The rooms are new and clean, the parking lot is new and well lit! The phone number listed is wrong. The correct number is 205-703-9760.

The room was perfect for my visit. Close to the location i visited everday. The room was quiet between the neighbors, and parking was convenient. The place was secure in onky having entrance/exit to the parking lot. Only downside was a lack of outlets in the room and bad lighting no outlet or lamp by the bed.

Froze all night

Stayed here so my work commute was much shorter during the winter weather. The heat never worked correctly. Only blew cold air. The shower water would not heat up l, even after running for 20 minutes HOWEVER, everything was pretty clean in my room.

To be fair with the hotel, this is the cheapest option I could find at the time that was near the airport. The Pros: - 5 to 10 mins to get to the airport, big plus if you need just a place to sleep before an early flight. - There's a walmart and some other food places you can go in less than 5 mins - Cheapest hotel I could find near the airport - Good amount of parking spaces - Vending machine and Ice machine The cons: - When we arrived the ac wasn't on in our room, so it took a while to cool off the room - Dead cockroaches on the floor, we found two, took a picture if I can upload it I will - Floor had black stains in several places including the bathroom, sandals on at all times - Bed pillows were ones of the worst pillows I've ever used in my life, just a ball of cotton shaped as a pillow. - Obsolete TV, no netflix nor channels apparently If you can't handle cheap motels, don't go there, if you want to chill in your room or relax in your bedroom, this is not for you. If you want somewhere with a bed to spend the night and take a shower, this is your place to go
