Attitude of staff. Heat not working in first room ; after complaining about the heat not working I was moved to another room. Before moving , the maintenance guy tried to convince me that nothing was wrong with the heat when it was.

They place was spotless but the only problem I had was the the cable on the tv wasn’t working as it would be static and the sound wasn’t working so I had to change to my Xbox. And the WiFi would go out at random times and I had to constantly reconnect my game.but other than that everything was amazing and the staff was nice

Front desk policy to let customer stand in cold after 9pm (check in) is rather cruel. Refrigerator was not clean ( food) left over by previous stay. shower not working properly. faucet lose in kitchenette counter.

Staff was nice but it felt dirty. Broken tap in bathroom. I was uncomfortable enough that I didn’t shower. Thought we saw a roach but couldn’t confirm after an arduous search. My dog liked the bed though.

My week long stay was great. Clean, well managed property with good wifi, hot water, coffee in the lobby. All staff were friendly and courteous from the late night clerk checking me it, the day desk clerk, and the heloful and thorough housekeeping gentleman. This is an affordable property that really is worth staying at.
