In the heart of Biscarrosse town, we offer a charming one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a secure residence with an unheated swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th, 2026 (weather permitting) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the high season. You are also just 3 km from the beaches of the southern lake of Biscarrosse and 10 km from the ocean. Ideal for a week or more with family or friends to take surfing lessons, relax on the beach, or go paddleboarding on the lake. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV area (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented). There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (cooktop, range hood, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher) and a dining area that seats four. A bedroom with two single beds (90cm) for two people, with built-in wardrobes. A bathroom and separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, a terrace with a table and chairs is perfect for enjoying meals and soaking up the sun. Private parking is also included. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, set off by bike to visit the market, have a coffee on a terrace, explore our cycle paths, or even cycle to the ocean for sunset. A sunny holiday awaits!
