Très bon séjour

Location pour une durée de 2 semaines, très bien située par rapport au lac, un plaisir de pouvoir y aller à pied surtout avec les enfants c'est l'idéal. Cependant la voiture ou, au minimum, le vélo, restent nécessaires car pas de commerces de proximité. L'océan et la ville se trouvent chacun à 10/15 min en voiture, avec différents marchés (diurnes comme nocturnes) et activités possibles. Location bien agencée, fonctionnelle, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. Possibilité d'un lit enfant (et lit parapluie si besoin) en plus, ce qui nous a été très utile ! Il faut savoir que la location est dans la maison des propriétaires et qu'il n'y a qu'une porte (fermée à clé) qui sépare la location de la maison principale. Les entrées sont différentes/opposées, et nous pouvons nous garer à l'intérieur de la propriété qui est fermée par un portail électrique. Il y a une terrasse extérieure, couverte, ou il est possible de manger, mais il manquerait un petit bout d'herbe pour pouvoir profiter un peu plus de l'extérieur. Ce qui m'a le plus embêtée est qu'il n'y a quasiment pas de réseaux (faible chez orange et quasiment inexistant pour bouygues) et que la wifi est un peu faible, ce qui était parfois problématique. Un gros point positif est que nous avons pu emmener notre chat, et il faut le souligner ! Pour résumer, nous avons passer dans l'ensemble un très bon séjour, avons profiter de tout le sud ouest car la location est au milieu de tout (de la Gironde jusqu'en Espagne). Merci beaucoup !

Logement au top! A côté du lac, dans le calme absolu. Pas trop petit, pas trop grand, très bien équipé et les hôtes sont parfaits, nous recommandons à 100%.

Schöne Umgebung

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend, die Gegend ist super, vor allem mit Kindern. Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich Handtücher und Bettwäsche (wenigstens gegen Kaution). Ansonsten super Lage, toll zum Radfahren, schwimmen und um unterschiedliche Strände zu besuchen.

Endroit parfait au calme

Très proche du lac de Biscarrosse (à 2mns en vélo) superbe propriété (dans une belle résidence), avec tout le confort que l on a besoin, climatisation, un nécessaire de cuisine plus que complet, un calme réel ( la nuit le bruit est inexistant..), et pour clore une place de parking privatif et un endroit en sécurité pour nos 3 vélos. Les hôtes sont très discrets et peuvent vous aiguiller pour des balades sympathiques. En bref une adresse que l on voudrait garder que pour soi…. Allez y les yeux fermés .

Toujours un plaisir de revenir à Bisca

Ayant pratiqué Biscarrosse durant presque 30 ans (adolescent, adulte, marié, et enfin en tant que papa) car mes parents y ont vécu, j’avais à cœur d’y revenir en tant que touriste « lambda ». Mais peut-on être « lambda » dans une région que l’on croit connaître par cœur ? Et bien la réponse est contenue dans la question ! J’ai redécouvert Bisca et sa région d’une autre manière en quelque sorte et j’ai été conquis. La tranquillité, le confort, la discrétion et la qualité de l’emplacement de cette petite propriété y auront joué une part non négligeable. Je le recommande vivement !

Rundum zufrieden

Wir lebten zu viert in einer TOP ausgestatteten Wohnung (sogar mit Klimaanlage), die super sauber und gepflegt ist, kaum einen Wunsch übrig lies und ausreichend Platz bietet. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, der Zugang zum Grundstück ist durch ein elektrisches Tor zugangsgesichert, man bekommt aber einen eigenen Schlüssel dafür. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wohnen zudem nebenan, was man aber kaum merkt. Die maximale Anzahl an Sternen gibt man hier bedenkenlos gern !

Entre forêt landaise, lac et océan

Maison proche du lac et à 10km de l’océan. Une propreté irréprochable et un accueil chaleureux (conseil de balade, de plage,... de la part du propriétaire) De belles vacances en famille, n’oubliez pas les vélos pour que l’expérience soit plus enrichissante. A refaire avec un immense plaisir.

Très bon séjour

En couple avec un bébé de 14 mois, nous souhaitions éviter de faire notre trajet avec tout le kit de puériculture malgré un séjour de 15 jours. L'annonce étant conforme en tous points à la réalité, nous avons pu profiter des environs sans souci logistique : tout le matériel était là, depuis la baignoire bébé jusqu'au mixeur en passant par le lit parapluie! Par ailleurs la maison était très propre et coquette en plus d'une fonctionnalité certaine. La proximité du lac fut très agréable puisqu'avec le peu de touristes en cette saison, l'accès y était très tranquille, et bébé a pu s'exprimer tout son soûl sans gêner personne! ^^ L'environnement calme nous a permis 2 semaines de repos dont nous nous souviendrons. Quant aux propriétaires en mitoyenneté, ils ont été plus que discrets pendant notre séjour, et serviables même après notre départ. En effet, ils nous ont fait parvenir 2 effets personnels oubliés dans un placard.

Comme à la maison

Nous recherchions une maison au calme et reposante et nous avons vraiment été ravi de notre choix. Elle est très bien entretenue, propre et l'accueil de Mr LABADIE est très chaleureux et humain ce qui est assez rare. Tout proche du lac à moins de 5 mn à pieds, les balades y sont vraiment très agréables. Claude, Maria et nos 2 enfants
