Great room, convenient location, excellent service. Bathroom was smaller this time around but I had bigger bathrooms from previous stays.

Room was clean. Hot water didn't run. Had to call for staff to fix it. There was no switch to turn off the bedside light. Had to call for staff to mess with the breakers to turn it off. Room service staff wasn't made aware of this and complained to me he had to wait while I finally showered. Inconveniences added up to an unpleasant experience. Overall a sloppy stay that I overpaid for.

Great stay

Nice, clean hotel with a very friendly, accomodating staff. Because of an airport error my luggage did not arrive but the hotel staff came in clutch with daily water bottles as well as disposable razors and shaving cream every day. Great breakfast buffet with a large variety as well. 5 stars

The location is perfect. Close to everything. The staff is really helpful and polite.I did not like only one thing- the pool was not warm. It was not my first time at this hotel and I will return.

Fabulous staff spectacular hotel

Amazing experience! I made a mistake with the booking and the staff at reception corrected it without any issue. All staff (from beautifully dressed welcoming ladies to staff at IWA restaurant and reception/swimming pool etc) are remarkably friendly and professional.

Great hotel.

Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.
