Instructions were clear for checkin, we had parking close to the room, two beds as listed, TV easy to use, fridge, coffee maker, air control, and all plumbing functioned well, windows had shades, doors locked. By that standard it met all out needs for safety and staying comfortable. Hence the 4 star review, they did provide a safe and quite and well maintained facility But I had kids and they are very observant as am I. We all noticed there was black hair on pretty much every surface, beds, sheets, tables, sink, also noticeable substances on walls by bed and in bathroom, door, floor, something pink growing on door frame. We used out own blankets to sleep on top on the beds without sheets and made sure not to touch ANYTHING

What a wonderful place to rest our heads after a long day of driving! The rooms were so clean and cozy and there was a brewery and a coffee shop a block away so we could easily grab dinner when we got into town, and the a coffee/breakfast as we headed out the next morning. I would definitely stay there again!

First of all no one was onsite to give you your key or check in. You have to drive to a sister motel to grab your key off the counter. The place was kinda interesting if that is what you want. The bed was horrible, I was recovering from a back injury and this did not help. I would have been better on the floor with but no room for that. Seems like they are trying to fix up the place. Ill give them that credit.

The room was clean and spacious even for 3 people! The grounds were great for an outdoor BBQ which was greatly appreciated. The benches outside of the rooms were very comfortable for reading or taking in the surrounding mountains and evening stars and planets. A bit pricey, but very nice.

check in till 9pm, we arrived at 8:45pm, the office was already closed, we were sent to their sister branch, Tree’s motel, no one was there —- no answer from any of the phone numbers —- book elsewhere!! Expedia ended up rebooking us 3 hrs later 1hr south

Ants when I walked in. No problem. Place is a little beat up, Crack in bottom of door. Ants happen. Then a baby roach crawled on me while in bed. I got the F out of there and stayed elsewhere.

I knew this was a pet friendly place but you would think they would properly clean the room between guests. There were FUR all over the pillows. I don’t think they even wash the sheets between guests because there’s no way that much fur will still be left behind. Maybe I understand fur on the floor but on the bed?? That’s crazy. I am allergic to dogs and cats too. I got to my room late at night and had no chance to complain. I was not in a mood to complaint and I didn’t want to deal with that. I ended up getting a beach towel from my car to lay down on the bed so fur wouldn’t get on my clothes. But this is disappointing and gross honestly. The bedding is a light color so if I didn’t carefully look, it could have been missed. I’m sure all the other rooms are the same but maybe other guests don’t notice it. I took pictures and it may not look like a lot but in person I promise you it was a lot. It’s just that the bedding is a light color.

The motel check in was closed so I had to drive to an alternate property to check in. Why didn't the motel use one of the guest rooms to check in. The toilet did not work, when I asked the off site staff they responded that they knew about the problem. If so, why did they not have it repaired before renting the room! There was only 1 bath towel, no hand towel and no floor mat. I nearly slipped when getting out of the shower on a wet floor. The room was not cooled before I checked in. This was an overall terrible experience and I will never stay there again. They and Expedia should be ashamed to list this property.. I feel I should get a refund for the terrible experience.

We received an email informing us that, due to office renovations, we would need to check in at a different location. The email also stated that if we arrived late, there would be an envelope with our room key waiting for us. We arrived after 11:00 p.m., but there was no envelope or key. We called the phone number provided three times and received no answer. By midnight, we had to start calling around to find another place to stay for the night. The next day, we tried calling again, but no one answered, and we never received a return call. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
