This was my first time staying here outside of the annual dart tournament. It was so much quieter and cleaner. Front desk staff and bar staff were very friendly.

This hotel used to be great but we were floored this time with how downhill it has gone. Our room smelled like smoke, windows were dirty (on the inside), stains on the walls, and broken door latch. After reading other reviews, it sounds like we got a pretty decent room compared to some of the others. Bummer!

The property was unsafe due to settlement of concrete sidewalks, Grand daughter triped on uneven sidewalks. Roof leaks in hallway where buckets were placed to catch water leaking from ceiling. Staff not friendly, was ignored for abut 5 minutes before I went to other clerk for check-in. Given a room that was already occupied had to walk from one end of building all the way to front lobby.

We had to stand in line to check in for over 30 minutes. While in line other guests came back complaining about the room they received already had guests in it. The fire alarms went off and stayed on for about 5 minutes. The staff was not concerned. We received a queen room because the king room we reserved was sold out. Walked to other side of hotel to the 3rd floor only to find the room they gave us was filled with building equipment. Walked back down to the desk to get another room. By this time our 3year old granddaughter was not happy. The room was clean and looked like they are trying to remodel. The rooms are Not sound proof. 3rd floor was extremely noisy. Pool floor needs to be changed, very slippery. We saw several individuals fall. The outside doors are tight and makes it difficult to open. The parking was convenient and the area is great. The staff was friendly but not efficient or trained well. The hallway floors are dirty and people had their dogs running free in the hallways.

The facility is tired and in need of a remodel. The elevator smelled so bad, we hesitated to use it. We booked our room through Expedia, then arrived at the hotel and were told it would b $50 more, because the room we booked was sold out. The same thing happened to another woman in line ahead of us.

Paid for 2 rooms didnt stay. Rooms were not connected. Soon as i checked in people were telling front desk that someone pooped on the slide in the waterpark. Found other accommodations.

When i got up to catch a cab to the airport 4 am, there was 5 males clearly entoxicated in the lobby drinking beer. they in the end were harmless. what hotel allows patrons, i think they were patrons??? or people from the bar to stay and party in the loby. The rooms were nice and clean, plenty of room. The heater in our room was broken so you couldn’t adjust the temp. The pool area was freezing. Everyone that was out of the pool was in sweatshirts or jackets. The directions available in the hotel for finding stairs/elevators were terrible.

Pool and water play areas were way to cold. Uncomfortable for adults and too chilly for young kids. The reason for booking here was to play on slides with our children and they were shivering after one slide.

A little disappointed.. I selected this property for convenience far as being flexible to get to the airport to find out the shuttle doesn’t run til 8 am no exceptions.. manager would not approve a shuttle trip..so I’m having to schedule myself a taxi..not what I expected far as the name and reputation goes..the elevator has an odor .. just a different smell..front desk attendant was very polite and helpful.. just not a comfortable setting for mysel..

We went down to the restaurant for breakfast. There was only one employee. I give him credit. We seated ourselves and he could only find two menus. He took our order and he cooked. He did his best. But we paid over $60 for breakfast. I would have liked hot sauce for the table. We would have liked cream cheese for the bagel. And we would have liked refills on our beverages. Like I said he did his best but I wish we would of went to Perkins instead

Dont let the water slides decieve yoh
The hotel overall is very run down and not well maintained or cleaned. The hallways were dirty and the floors were covered with random smalls things indicating it had not been vacuumed. Our room smelled like raw sewage and the locks on the door were not in working order. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall abd the tub would not hold water. The pool was cloudy and stuff floating in the water. The pool area had old soda on the floor so it was very sticky.

Parking lot lights most of them not working Outside our rm the dr for the outside worked when it felt like it trash can buy dr was full and over flowing. Stair way smells Broken furniture in our room. Mirrors left in hallways. Poor signage.
