This executive home is 4 Bed 3 Bath on 5.16 Acres. Serene country living at its best. Within 6 miles of Target, Kirkwood Mall, Civic Event Center and Walmart! This property is minutes from University of Mary, river, bike path and all the city of Bismarck has to offer. Weather your in town for city events or quite country rest this house fulfills it all. You will enjoy the tranquility of watching turkeys with their young eat in the fields and the horses grazing in their pasture, taking a walk to see the sunset on the River. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant with a movie, play or show at one of the local theaters. Or if you are a larger group this house entertains beautifully for gatherings!

Neighbors

We've lived in this neighborhood along the Missouri River for thirty-one years. I say that "it's the best little neighborhood in Bismarck." We were hosting out-of-state visitors for five days and our house was too small to accommodate us all. The location was perfect for our five extra guests, less than a block walk from our house. The house is spacious, was very clean and perfectly fit the bill for our company. The wooded location is extremely quiet yet located just minutes outside Bismarck. We will rent this again when the visiting group is larger than our house can handle. Our guests were more than pleased and impressed.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. Literally everything you could need is provided to entertain the whole family. DVD collection, coffee creamers, dishes, extra towels, backyard entertainment, and plenty of space. Very nice place.

Wedding weekend getaway

I needed a place in Bismarck for several people. Plus a place to gather too. There were issues about the heat, but it was resolved. Plus the remote to the garage door didn’t work, but we were able to use the front door. This house was a great place to call home, at least for the weekend.

Family Wedding

The house was awesome for the number of people we had. Everyone was comfortable and we had alot of space. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. Only downside was the pans were too big to fit into the oven so we had to put them in sideways. The owners left uncured bacon and fresh eggs which were a nice touch and surprise. There was only one TV in the whole house and did not give us access to local channels. Bummer because we couldn't watch any football games. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of time outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a small group

Very nice home with plenty of space for all of our family. There's a front living room and a back living room to allow multiple groups to visit. Large dining room and beautiful back yard with two tables and plenty of chairs.

Beautiful and relaxing property with large deck

House is amazing. Nice furniture. Great deck with grills. Huge dining room table. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, flour, sugar, oil........ It is set up for cooking. Very comfortable all the way around.

A great house and beautiful location. The hidden gem was the sauna which worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this house for a family stay in the Bismarck Mandan area. Close to everything you need but quiet and peaceful.

Great Family getaway

This property has it all. Close to the airport and town. Wildlife and Missouri River within a mile. Nice safe neighborhood. Host is great at the little details. I really enjoyed the sauna and all the extra space to host. If we come back to ND this will be the place we stay.

The house and the neighborhood was wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Don't bother looking anywhere else. This is THE Place!

Couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the perfect family friendly property. Nice private back yard (fenced to keep the little ones from wandering off) with huge decks, patio furniture, Fire pit, Gas grill, Kids play structure, a box of balls & Frisbee's, etc. Inside there were games, a large screen TV with disk player and a huge selection of family-friendly movies. Very fast responses to texts and always answered phone calls. Gary went out of his way to accommodate last minute requests to help us deal with unforeseen circumstances. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful and clean home away from home. I slept better here than in my own home. (All the Queen mattresses and bedding were high quality.) I could go on and on -- you get the picture. Stop looking and book this one now. You won't regret it.
