Hello Dawna,We are terribly sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet your expectations. The kings I am sad to say didn't fit the layout required to have a new cabinet and we fell short of figuring out another option so I am sorry! And the door has been addressed on the shower door as well. The noise I just have to apologize and say I am very sorry you could hear your neighbor above you and so you know we do have earplugs at the desk for our guests. We are delighted you found your accommodations clean and comfortable but am very sorry the pool was not what you had hoped for. I'll check with maintenance regarding the temp though unfortunately when there are several people in the pool the chlorine has to work overtime resulting in the smell.
