“As soon as you check in on Davide's property, you realise how much effort and care was put into every detail.I feel that anything I said would just mimic the description of the property from the website, so I won't do that. Instead, I'd say, if you are planning to visit this area I strongly recommend you considering staying on this property. We stayed three families with children ranging from 5-10 years old. “La maison est étonnante et la vue superbe. Nous avons adoré l’architecture de la villa et bien sûr l’accès direct à une petite plage aux eaux translucides depuis la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ivana qui a su répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Quelques commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. A recommander, très bel endroit !!! Seule réserve : il semble qu’il y ait une……

“Il proprietario è talmente una persona fantastica che mi sembra di averlo conosciuto da sempre; la casa è semplicemente la miglior casa vacanze che abbia mai preso. Il borgo è molto bello e le spiagge libere, pulite e quasi deserte. Una vacanza splendida.”

“La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.”

“The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby……

“Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio (Vermieter) unkompliziert, ebenso auch die Übergaben. Angekommen in Badolato ist es zunächst schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen...mit etwas Mut und Improviationsvermögen geht das aber. Das Häuschen liegt am östlichen Ortsrand und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Man sollte aber wissen, dass Badolato in Teilen ein "Geisterdorf" ist, die meisten Häuser um uns herum waren leerstehend und verrammelt. Das haben wir aber nicht als störend……
