Family time!

Visited family in Black Canyon City. Two minute drive to their house from the condo. The condo was just like the pictures, very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will use the Garrett’s for future visits with family!

I stayed as I had a running race over the weekend. The property was awesome; clean, comfortable and easy access to beautiful trails all around. Will definitely come back.

Very comfortable and met our needs well as we could go North or South for many different options but plan on at least 1 to 2 hour commute for those opportunities. Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay in this large 1 BR condo. Only drawback was i didnt realize i had booked a 2nd floor unit and the steps were steep for me. Husband had no trouble. Didnt use the kitchen, but a full size gas stove was available. Coffee maker and full size fridge, too. Heating and cooling was used and both worked great. Safe neighborhood and close to interstate. Garrett is easy to work with and responds quickly to inquiries. 5 star experience

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Located about an hour north of Phoenix, so a visit to Grand Canyon or Sedona, can be easily done in a day.

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our last minute trip. Check in was super easy! Only thing I didn't love was the motion light in the living room. Made sleeping on the couch a bit rough if you moved.

Tenant issue

Other tenant was not very friendly and was mad because we were “jumping” above their room at 5:30 am. We were not jumping. I was taking my dog out to use to go potty. Property lacked good linens for bedding and bath. There were very few paper towels or any type of cleaning supplies.
