「Excelente hotel, el personal del lobby súper atentos en general todos pero los de recepción 10/10」

「I took the first train out of Bucharest at 4:41am and arrived in Braşov at 7:15am due to making a three castle tour. Was stressing about my suitcase. I emailed the hotel/Eszter and she was super kind and had some one there so I could drop my bag off and even moved it in my room for once I arrived later in the evening. Once arriving everything was already in my room and the room was perfect! Had an amazing balcony viewing the church. The bed was super comfy and had a medieval feel to it....

「A great place to stay in Brasov. Flavius was very welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations for tours/sightseeing in and around Brasov. Room was very clean and tidy. The communal kitchen/living area is a very nice bonus, as it is well equiped and makes dining easy. Close to bus routes as well. Thanks again Flavius for having me.」

「Very clean, fresh, updated room. The owners were helpful answering questions, and there is a great little pizza place right next door.」

「The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work.」

「Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else」

「The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy square that holds nighttime events and concerts. It’s very close (5- min walk) to the old historic downtown and many great restaurants and shops. It’s very clean, the folks who work there are kind and helpful. Cannot wait to return」

「Due to flight delay, I arrived the pension late on 12:30am. Originally, I told them I will arrive 11pm but he waited for me before going to sleep. He 's so warmly hearted. The room is nice, well equipped and extremely silent.」

「在這裡停留兩晚，舒適的住宿環境，營養美味的早餐，親切的員工服務，而且步行到會議廣場只要5分鐘，真心推薦物超所值， 明年再到羅馬尼亞一定再入住。 」

「Hotel Prato was amazing. The building is beautiful, it’s located near the Old Town, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was terrific. I would highly recommend a stay!」

「唯一比較不好的是，旅館在半山腰，所以要走上下坡路段，才能到市中心腳力比較不好，要考慮，但距離不遠，大概18分鐘左右，其他都不錯」

「We appreciated the easy check in process and how close the hotel is to downtown Brasov. It was cozy and the room had everything we needed for a two night stay.」

「The staff were delightful as they were friendly and very helpful at all times. The room was well appointed and cleaned every day. Thank you. Now Expedia sucks s as they are difficult to deal with, hard to contact as they only want to converse over the computer which is lousy customersService is non existent just put you through another computer algorithm but NO PERSONAL CONTACT AND WHAT SADDER IS THEY dont WANT TO TALK TO YOU !! Sucks!!」
