Historic property on the edge of Old Town Brasov with large swimming pool and an excellent new restaurant on the top floor. Large, bright rooms with sparse and somewhat dated furniture but with excellent king size beds

This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!! Great sauna, steam rooms, we just loved the spa. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant on the 8th floor is very good!

Very nice hotel to stay at with your partner. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Check in time was 3pm but the staff gave us the room at 11am as we were very tired after a long journey. Lovely ladies working at the front desk ensure that your stay is pleasant. Highly recommended! :)

The good: great location just in the center of the historic city. If you book an executive room you get warranted a high floor and tampa mountain view which is amazing. The lifts are fast and you never wait long. The blonde lady at the reception is very friendly and happy to help! The breakfast is nice with good choice The bad: Paid parking?!? We end up paying 23 euros for the parking which is outrageous, never ever been to any hotel which asked me to pay for the parking elt alone a 5 stars one. The hotel NEEDS renovating. It looks tired and worn out. We stayed 4 nights and we only got service one time, which was very basic just the bed done and towels changed. When we asked for an extra quilt, they said they will try but can't promise, which is very weird for such a basic demand The hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star,not even 4 star. I won't be booking again since my expectations weren't met.
