Great view, great time!

We were just looking for a relaxing quick getaway for a few nights, and it was excellent. The view is amazing and we loved using the beautiful log fireplace each night. Thankyou for a great stay!

Black Mountain Trip

The house was absolutely gorgeous! The views were spectacular! Our group loved the house so much! It is now one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The listing was great but the property was even better in person. I highly recommend people stay at this house when in the area!

Great place for a boys weekend

The place was great, clean, had all the amenities you’d possibly need. Manny and his partner were wonderful, responsive hosts. Only note is that it’s a long windy drive away from town, but that was also part of the charm :) I’d 100% stay there again.

Stunning stay

We only had one night but wished we had more. The view and home was amazing. Really appreciated the already stocked coffee since I never know what kind of coffee maker to expect and if I will need to go to the grocery store right away to get some. Kids and husband enjoyed the hot tub. Great stay!

Does not disappoint!

This home is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub is hot, the pool table is perfect, beds for friends and family, and that view does not disappoint! We even got to see a bear on our drive out! Thank you to our hosts for sharing your lovely home with us!

Family time in the mountains!

Our stay was great! First off the views from the deck were spectacular and even saw a rainbow on two occasions! There was plenty of room for seven adults and one infant. We took advantage of having a hot tub on many occasions. Unfortunately we had three days of rain so did not take as much advantage of the multiple decks as we hoped. We really felt like we were away from everything but only 15 minutes to the downtown Black Mountain.

Beautiful cabin with views

We stayed here over fall break with myself, my three children (7,4,2) and additional family. The cabin was spacious and very cozy. The drive up the mountain is curvy but paved. The driveway is steep and goes straight down which was a bit nerve racking since I was unaware of the driveway situation until arrival so it was a little difficult to manage a big suv and toddlers in and out of the car. That being said, the cabin itself and the views were awesome. Plenty of room for a big family. We had a great time and the morning mountain views were awesome.

Great views and plenty of space for 9

After running the Blue Ridge Relay endurance event, a team of 9 runners enjoyed the scenic views, nursed sore muscles in the hot tub and caught the App State / UNC game in the living room. Great home with plenty of space for 9 full grown men. On-site activities are minimal but that shouldn't detract from the wonderful area. Plenty to do if you're willing to take a short drive into town or out towards Asheville.
