Please note: New home construction next door is ongoing, but there is little to no construction activity after 5 or 6 PM. There is a lower-level apartment occasionally occupied by the owners. It is not a second vacation rental property. The owner's apartment has a separate driveway and entrance, and there are no shared spaces.
There is an electric car charging station nearby at the Black Mountain Public Library. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fireplace, but guests can purchase bundles of wood at any local grocery store or convenience store.
