“Miss Ida was very accommodating and runs a beautiful, very clean property. The location is in the hearty of a small, family orientated community that is both warm and welcoming. My front deck overlooked the harbor at Black Point and its crystal clear waters where many sharks, turtles and rays swam by as I sipped my morning coffee. The property had a clean laundromat and a small connivence store. Lorraine's cafe' and restaurant were located directly next door with several others nearby. This was……

“Ocean views from every window! Beautiful home, well decorated, felt cozy! The host was an excellent communicator, helped to arrange a private boat tour to Compass Cay, swimming with the pigs, Thunderball Grotto & a wonderful lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club!! They also found us a private chef which was the best experience! The people are all very friendly, always felt safe, and we walked everywhere, but there is a car available to the guests for a small daily fee if you prefer that. ”

“We loved the place and the location — absolutely beautiful. The convenience store and restaurants are about 1 km away on foot. The beach is incredibly beautiful. The only downside: the host’s employee was supposed to pick us up to take us to the airport on our departure day, but never showed up. Fortunately, two girls passed by and offered us a ride. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight. But aside from that, everything was perfect!”

“This entire experience was amazing. The Island is gorgeous and has a perfect location in the Exumas on the most beautiful sandbar. The staff was fantastic, super accommodating with activities like fishing and snorkeling and bonfires. The food was fantastic with lots of local seafood. Honestly, this place is 11/10”
