"We booked 2 separate rooms, but both rooms' microwaves didnt work (we asked for one room to be fixed and they replaced it), the hot filtered water on the floor by the ice machine didnt work. "The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved."
