  • Apartment 2 was renovated in December 2018 and consists of a lounge with king size divan bed and a SmartTV. This studio has an open plan kitchen, with full size cooker, a fridge, toaster, kettle & microwave. The flat has its own shower room with WC, washbasin and shower. This unit will sleep up to two people maximum.

    Electric is by coin meter (about 50p/day when heavily used).

    Location: Ground Floor, Rear.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was so clean and smelt so fresh bed was so comfy we will definitely be back again overall it was absolutely perfect in every way

Quick and easy

This flat is a little ways from the train station but very close to the waterfront. We only had a short stay but the process with the property owner was super easy. Self check-in and out worked well for us as we came in very late from a music festival.

The host Tim was great Shower room could be up graded especially the shower doors and a clean loo brush would be great too really dirty Heating would be great if u could control your self especially when you don’t go outside heating only on 1 hour in morning and only coming on again around 3 ish

Sunny Blackpool

This little studio was ideal for our stay. It had everything we needed for a home from home break. On check in we were given lots of helpful info on public transport, best places to eat…where to avoid etc, and assured that if we had any problems at all, to call for advice. We were even blessed with two days of beautiful sunshine when the forecast was for 3 days of rain. Will definitely be back. Thank you Tim

Host was really helpfull, letting us know where his recommendation to eat was before. The only problem for me being disabled, was not know about all the steps to get into the property. They were different sizes as well so didnt help either. Tim was very apologetic and was trying to come up with ideas, when he saw me struggling to get into the house.

A little break for a rest

We found it spacious and everything you could need the host was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We personally found it a bit further away than we are used to for North pier area. But that doesn't deter away from a great stay. There was some noise from other rooms but with various families also staying in the Apartments you are bound to hear that from time to time. Thanks Rene and Tim x
