"I emailed owner mr hazam the day before the trip.to confirm that it was a ground floor apartment, as my partner is a wheel chair user.he replied that the apartment had been double booked. Told me to get in touch with vebro.to sort it out. They did not reply. And numerous messages sent to the iwner, have been ignored. Avoid these apartment. As this is a scam.all thieir reviews say same robotic things .avoid."
