「Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk) Friendly host Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room. A little awkward for men needing a shave. Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers Kettle and coffee/tea provided Breakfast if wanted served at 9am.」

「What is to say, this hotel is 5 stars for sure. We stayed on the shoulder season and the value was fantastic. The hotel, rooms and staff were all very good. Would have loved to stay longer and would love to come back again.」

「The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high. The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available. Bedroom was fine.」

「Staff met us on arrival on Monday the 15th of June didn't see a single person until Wednesday evening, had problems with the TV hotel manager explained that they had no TV licence but we could download our own network system ? Surely its illegal to not have a TV licene or an entertainment licence? As two pensioners a tv was essential to enable us to relax after a busy day in Blackpool. The result of no staff being present was we were unable to get clean towels until Thursday, the room was...

「I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. I received a penalty for the for the free parking because I did not register and was never told to do so. I’m now having to pay £170 because of the...
