"On arrival I had ordered some drinks to room which didn’t appear until after 3pm and were ordered for 1pm. The room was on the third floor and I asked for a lower level because me and my wife are both disabled. When I checked in the guy behind reception only took the money for our extras and not the room. The room was terrible the telephone and television didn’t work and the sink in the bathroom was blocked. When we woke up Saturday morning there were a letter put under our door saying please could we pay for our room as the receptionist didn’t take it on Friday. I was extremely disappointed as I have stayed there on numerous occasions and never had any issues like this especially putting us on the 3rd floor."

"Convenient for our stay, parking available & pool was ok along with sauna but facilities limited. We found the gym but you need to put money in the meter for the lights to use. Breakfast good."
