「I had booked the wrong date of my stay, but was made to feel welcome and luckily could accommodate us that night instead.
The room was clean, spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The parking although small was available.
The breakfast was fantastic such a great choice and lovely cooked food, and prompt service.
Great location to the beach, shops and restaurants- will definitely be back thank you.」

「Easy self check in, location right in the heart of town, decent size room and en-suite, nice to have bottled water provided even better if there had been a fridge to keep it cold. Only problem was the electric box above the door was humming/buzzing all night so I didn’t get any sleep!」

「On booking the St Ives Hotel we were informed that the room would be in the annexe and that there would be some steps to negotiate to access the room. No mention that the annexe is located in what appeared to be a service yard and that the room is effectively below ground! Very shabby and grubby. Would definitely not go back there 」

「The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire
Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars 」
