「Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!!

「Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.」

「I liked is because it is in the centre of Lytham for all the amenities, only downside I found, depending which room you are in, it can get a bit noisy at night with revellers outside, and if your can't do stairs book a room below as the top ones have lots of stairs to climb and no lift. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you」
「We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. 「Very friendly and helpful staff both in reception and the restaurant. Room was spotless and bed very comfy. Could have done with a fan but as only a short stay not an issue.
Swim pool was very nice as only 5 allowed in at a time .

「The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire
Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars 」
