Stayed with my wife for just one night away for our Anniversary. I must say this hotel was such a pleasant surprise and a true hidden gem. The care taken to provide a warm, comfortable experience with everything you could possibly need was amazing. The owners are very visible and helpful. The support staff were amazing. Breakfast made to order and so tasty. Could not recommend this place more highly. I would be very surprised if there is another hotel in Blackpool that comes close to it for quality based on our stay. The internal design of the hotel and rooms is simply incredible. Do not delay if you're thinking of booking because we will be back and will bring the kids next time too!!

Fantastic hotel

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great location too, close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, staff were lovely, very informative and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfy. Great selection of food for breakfast, and tasty too! A great find, within walking distance to pleasure beach and the tram. Will definitely be my top choice if we visit Blackpool again!

Stay here every year and always the same warm welcome, superb breakfast and great amenities. Would recommend to anyone. In addition, less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop.

Highly recommended

Absolute gem of a hotel. I loved the location, a 5 minute stroll south from the Pleasurebeach. Staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived, room very comfortable with a touch of luxury to it. Enjoyed breakfast each morning and the bar both evenings...would definitely be my first choice if staying in Blackpool again...highly recommended

Amazing service from the receptionist, taking me to my room and showing me around the room. Lovely room and clean. Breakfast was amazing. You can tell that’s it’s the sister hotel to Number One St. Lukes B&B. I’d definitely come back here to stay.

Lovely Number One South Beach

Hotel location is great. Its immaculate. Our room was very hot with the sun on it even though a fan was provided. I would recommend and return. Breakfast great also.

Wonderful hosts but overall too noisy and no sleep

Excellent hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Also wonderful breakfasts with plenty of choice. But we just didn't sleep well at all. The beds very soft and our sleep was disturbed by noise throughout the night. Our room had an interconnecting door and we could hear every word from the room next door even when our TV was on. Can also hear people walking about in the room above as the floorboards are very creaky. Doors slam when being closed. Boy racers in cars with noisy exhausts race up and down Harrowside at night too. It's such a shame: if it wasn't for the noise I'd give full marks.

Great stay that lived up to expectation. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. You really will feel welcomed. Hotel is very clean throughout. A fantastic breakfast with good selection to fit all needs. Would highly recommend this place for a stay and would certainly return.
