“On booking the St Ives Hotel we were informed that the room would be in the annexe and that there would be some steps to negotiate to access the room. No mention that the annexe is located in what appeared to be a service yard and that the room is effectively below ground! Very shabby and grubby. Would definitely not go back there ”
