“Great hotel, not the most modern but it serves its purpose, it smelt lovely when i walking in with air freshener, it smelt like the room had been throughly cleaned, the bedsheet was annoying and fell off the bed and could of done with some extra tea supplies and pillows however housekkeeping did privide extra towels, there was quite a bit of noise downstairs during dinner time and the entertaintment area until quite late, i would advise having breakfast before 9am as after 9am it was pure……

“2 rooms booked for 1 night. One room wasn't cleaned so we were given another. The other room had lingering damp smell. Room needed updating. Everything was very old. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.”

“Our family room was not clean and the carpet was dirty some visible dust and debris which is a concerns as we are travelling with kids loves playing on the floor. Im not very happy on our room because we can hear machine sound coming outside in our room, so its not quite at all. But the food was great loads of it which I really like especially my children. Staff were really nice.”

“Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel.”

“Avoid and be very careful! The hotel is in a very bad shape, it is well below any star rating. Lesson was to spend some more quids and stay at a better place. Water ran out without any notification in the morning, while waiting for water the cleaning lady threatened me to leave asap. Wifi not working, spooky corridors with filthy carpets. Very poorly trained and unprofessional staff who could even enter your room with their keys without knocking. The only positive point was location, close to……

“酒店有室外泳池，職員服務態度有善，價格合理。”

“Room small and to hot couldn't turn the heating or off toilet was small not enough room to sit down tea cups so small 1 sip and gone lift could only fit one person not big enough for a wheelchair no disabled access to the building stairs were uneven and carpet coming up by room doors”

“This hotel is nothing like the photos it advertised, they are very poor, we booked a double room that only just fit a double bed in, the door opened straight to the bed so we had to squeeze in to then close the door to be able to move around the room, if there was a fire there was no fire escape plan or route on the back of the door. The bathroom looked like it had been done up, but the shower cubicle was extremely small, and if you are of the larger size you would not fit in it. On the morning……
