“We had the annex which was spotless and room service left items that we requested. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good options for breakfast. Entertainment was enjoyable. Swimming pools are starting to look a little dated but they were checked and cleaned regularly. ”

“Room 206 has the most comfortable four poster bed, i slept like a log every night. We usually just stay Room only, but occasionally we chose breakfast and dinner and neither options disappointed. “At first I was very sceptical because of the negative reviews, ut I am glad to say that our stay was more than pleasant. Our room was huge as was the bathroom all immaculate, breakfast was only continental but more than adequate. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.”

“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”
