「Beautiful Hotel with very friendly welcoming staff nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent food 5 stars to the Chefs and kitchen staff. I highly recommend the Coddled Beef Steak to any meat eaters it’s delicious as was all our meals. Added bonus of evening entertainment with lovely chatty bar staff. I will definitely stay there again. 」

「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「This hotel was a last minute booking and we’re absolutely delighted with our stay. It was disable friendly. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with juices, cereals, toast and a beautifully cooked full English. The only downside was the shower which was not much more than a trickle although temperature was great, also the television just pixelated so unwatchable. The Wi-Fi was perfect. 「Room very clean, plenty towels, bedding clean, had trouble with tv a lot of channels didnt work ,shower lovely plenty hot water very good breakfast, plenty to chose from had good 4 days plus we were upgraded to family room with big double bed plus 2 single beds for just myself and my adult son who has autism have stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed our stay staff excellent 」

「Great friendly staff, food out of this world, lovely atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment, my favourite being the comedian Lenny! 」
