The room was okay, bed linen was clean, the room needed a good clean around the windows to get rid of the cobwebs. The bathroom was clean, nicely tiled, shower was hot and good water pressure. It needed a bath mat to step out of the shower onto rather than straight out onto the floor. Tea and coffee facility was useful; the TV was good. Staff, when checking in were very informative and pleasant, staff at breakfast were pleasant too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, nice and hot, very tasty.

Hotel room - black mould in the bathroom - dirty razor on the bath - previous guests dirty cups on window - (the bath clearly used to be a jacuzzi bath with the jets still in place but no power / or working ) -The exterior needs a painting and sorting out - The carpet in the hallways have big patches of gaffa tape covering the holes.

The hotel is definitely tired but it met all our needs , it’s situated in a perfect location, right outside the tram stop Very clean Shower and bathroom, toilet very clean and working perfect Didn’t get to eat anything, but saw many folks tucking in their breakfast and dinners and all looked well You get what you pay for I would definitely recommend this place for a cheap and cheerful base when on holiday

stayed in a disabled room. my wife used the sink and i had to take the plug out and clean it before use. must have had 2 years hair stuck on it. breakfast was dry and not tasting well. the light in the room was by the exit door and did not light the room up properly. the windows were letting a gale in all night and the fan in the bathroom was going all night with the wind. the corridor was a howling gale. i would not stop there again.

the whole hotel was poorly run , the building itself is very poorly maintained and in desperate need of a complete refurbishment , the one and only lift is so slow it was quicker to walk from fith floor to the ground floor . the one good thing was the help yourself all you can eat breakfast , the lady who checked me in was very good and i was checked in within minutes . overall a very disapointing stay and will not use again

Please do not book here it’s absolutely abhorrent, absolutely filthy. Please save your money. The only thing that holds this hotel together is the staff who can’t do enough for you however everything else is just disgusting. Family Room was very spacious , no toilet paper due to house keeping staff shortage informed through reception staff who supplied same mentioned . All staff we met appeared very polite and helpful .
