The room we had was on the top floor and the loft was not working no staff told us this and there was a black bag outside of a room in the way of us walking around the room the shelf was hanging off the wall in the bathroom the draws were broken on the back and the handles the main door was sticking so was hard to open and close the door

Room was a good size for number of people. Beds comfortable Loud humming noise made it hard to sleep. Only allowed 1 key Bathroom door handle came off in my hand. Breakfast had the worst veggie sausage ever seen.

Could not stay due to having a stroke and being in hospital. Expedia who i booked it through on numerous occasions tried calling and sent emails with no response. Requesting if you had the decency for a refund due to the circumstances. A hotel like yourselves i thought you could of at least had the decency to repy. Kind regards Kevin smith PS. We arrived at 13.30, asked if we could check in and was grunted at by male to come back at 3pm, we left and came back at 4.30 - again was grunted at and left standing for 45 mins unaware of what was happening, once we got our keys to the room , we entered and rooms was bare, no ambiance no curtains the curtain rail was thick with dust, we stayed here for 4 nights - not once was the rooms cleaned - no sheets changed or towels - we weren’t giving any information on arrival of how this hotel operated to request room cleaning etc - or giving the choice to have breakfasts or services within the hotel, on our forth night we decided to get a drink from the bar only to find it closed with a notice saying closes tonight at 9 - no information provided prior to this, overall stay wasn’t good , carparking was limited not enough spaces - staff couldn’t be bothered to even speak never mind work we will not be back nor will we recommend this hotel
