This was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had.
The check-in process was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, I was told my booking was for the next day, which was simply not true. I had to argue and insist for over an hour before the staff finally double-checked—only to realize they had been looking under the wrong name the entire time. This level of carelessness is simply unacceptable.
When I was finally given a room, things went from bad to worse. The shower was clearly uncleaned, the bed sheets were stained and full of dog hair, and the entire room reeked of pet odor. It was evident that no effort had been made to properly clean or prepare the space for guests.
This experience was not only disappointing but also deeply frustrating. I will never be using their services again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
