「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「Myself and my friend stayed at the sandford, on arrival we were greeted by a lovely guy, he helped me with my car parking and made us feel so welcome, the room was perfect for us, the location was perfect, breakfast was lovely and could have as much as we wanted, nothing was too much bother for yhe entire family and we will definatelt go back」
