"The hotel has no reception staff. It’s a key card in a combination lock box. It worked well, the room was great, clean and tidy. Decorated nicely. Complementary Nespresso coffee and tea, bath robes and slippers. Walk in shower and the bed was comfy. Right in the middle of Lytham. Great location."

"Great welcome on arrival. Reception very busy but made my check-in as simple as possible. My visit was part of an extended business trip and the stay was a welcome R&R stop. Didn't get chance to use all the facilities on offer, but the restaurant provided a relaxing, enjoyable hour or so to unwind. Compliments to the Chef(s) the food was excellent and the attentive restaurant staff completed my dining experience. Will be making this venue a regular stop-over when I'm next in the area."
