帝國酒店是一座極具歷史的建築物，酒店大致維持一定風格建築，環境清靜優美，有足夠車位提供旅客停泊收費合理。 唯大堂兩座電梯有一座經常停用，有一定程度影響。

Apart from check in the stay was very good. The hotel is not as grand as it once was. However, it was great value, hads lots of parking, a great breakfast and so much history to enjoy. Personally enjoyed the character and charm even if hotel slightly dated.

We had a good stay here. The room had everything we needed for one night in Blackpool. It was a little farther from the main area than we had hoped but still walkable. Its an incredible building, but could use a refurb.

The hotel is a bit run down in places but still such a beautiful building but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff, nothing is too much trouble. The lady that checked us in and went above and beyond to the Melissa who helped us with room service despite being run off her feet. The breakfast is outstanding again the staff on hand to assist. Parking is available on site. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Blackpool!!!

We've stayed at The Imperial many times before and it's always excellent. Our twin room (205) was very spacious, with a good bathroom and modern TV. There's plenty of parking. Breakfast as always was excellent and the members of staff were very helpful.
